Safety Village 2025
The Junior Woman’s Club of Sparta is proud to present Safety Village 2025, now in its thirty-fourth year of operation! It is a comprehensive and fun safety education program for children entering kindergarten this fall.
Our enthusiastic club members staff the program with special assistance from the Sparta Ambulance Squad, NJ Search and Rescue, the Fish & Wildlife Education Center and other community volunteers. The children will learn about the many aspects of safety through fun and entertaining presentations, games, and projects.
LOCATION: United Methodist Church, 71 Sparta Avenue, Sparta, NJ.
DATES: Monday, June 23rd through Thursday, June 26th (9:30AM – 12:00PM)
COST: $75, which includes all printed materials and facilities fees with proceeds being distributed to local charities. The fee is non-refundable. After May 30th, the fee increases to $85 to cover material printing rush charges.
DEADLINE: Registration closes June 6th, unless capacity is reached before that date. We have limited capacity so please register early.
You will be notified via email upon receipt of your registration and payment, advising you of your child’s placement in the program. Your child’s spot is not secured until payment is made. Additionally, an email will be sent to all registered participants prior to the start of Safety Village detailing your child’s group information, and drop-off and pick-up instructions.
Children attending Safety Village should be taught their full name, parent or guardian’s full name, address (including state) and telephone number (home and cell, if applicable) prior to participating in the program. This information will be reinforced and used during the week.
